Dr. Buxton is the Founder and CEO of the Center for Palliative Psychiatry, a three-arm branched institute
focused on decreasing human suffering from a holistic approach:

• Provide direct treatment to children, adults and geriatric patients using psychopharmacology and psychodynamic psychotherapy

• Establish a think-tank to help facilitate development between psychiatry, palliative care and digital health

• Consultation to insurance companies, hospital systems and startups on the topics of palliative care, psychiatry and innovation

• Consultation clients have included American Medical Association, Hospital Corporation of America, ApolloMD, MyIdealDoctor
